Sally Bach - Bio

In 1997, Sally began her construction career as a project manager assistant for a large general contractor. She moved onto a real estate development company where she obtained a real estate license becoming a broker.

Eventually in 2008, Sally moved out on her own starting G2 Contracting. While G2 has experience with both residential and commercial construction, Sally has found her niche in retail and office tenant improvements.

G2 is one of the only exclusively woman-owned and operated general contractor companies in Arizona certified by the SBA as “Woman Owned Small Business “and “Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business”, enabling G2 to bid government contracts.

Sally’s success is attributed to reputation and referrals providing significant repeat business. Establishing strong partnerships with her peer groups, industry professionals and her team of subcontractors is essential to continued success.

Since 2004, Sally has been a member of CREW Tucson (Commercial Real Estate Women). She has served on the board of directors, as committee chair, president in 2015 and currently serving another term on the board of directors. Sally leverages this experience to influence and groom young women as a minority in the construction industry.
